Katy Perry and Russell Brand Knocking Boots?
And if you thought Katy Perry couldn’t have worse taste in men after dating Travis McCoy. Holy crapola, you were wrong. Rumors have been swirling now that Perry has been secretly dating…wait for it…Russell Brand.
Now while both of these fame hos have had admiration for each other for quite some time now, it just may be that they have finally given into their desires. Rumor has it that the duo spent a week together in Thailand.
Brand apparently had invited Katy to join him on a holiday last week. Ironically enough, Perry had written on her Twitter page that she was on holiday in…yep, you guessed it…Thailand. However, declined who she was with. Hmmm, put two and two together and bam…check out these interesting coincidences.
Perry tweets, “After a week in magical Thailand I’m ready to face the real world again. Been schooled on Morrissey, Oscar Wilde & Peter Sellers… inspired.”
Brand is a lover of all three of those men.
Katy again tweeted, “Pssst… I’ve got a secret. HUGE news coming in a couple days! No, my ego is not prego.”
So did Brand say anything on his Twitter page? Yep, you bet he did, but he just focused on Buddhism and elephants.
A source told The Sun, “Russell has fancied Katy for ages. When they were both in New York for the music awards Russell finally got his chance to work his charm on her. Katy knows his bad boy reputation but could not resist – especially when Russell sent a love poem with a note attached saying, “Please send me a poem back. Russell killed himself laughing when Katy sent a photo of her boobs with the word ‘poem’ scrawled across them. The next minute Russell picked up the phone and invited her to Thailand for a secret getaway.”
Maybe this was a long time coming, then?
Katy once said about Russ, “I met Russell Brand who I’m in love with. I love him, he’s so great. He’s got the worst sense of humor in the best sense of the way.” Awwww, for sweet.
Note to Katy: I would make sure you get tested. For STD’s, that is. That Brand is a little sexual rascal!
