Let me just say this…normal works for Katy Perry. The super duper normally Rainbow-Brite infested singer covers the March 2012 issue of Interview magazine and we say, “got damn!”
Sure Katy normally is an out of the box ensemble assembler, but this Amy Winehouse-esque makeup and hair ratting job is fabulous!
Via the magazine’s website, they show off the cover and a sneak peek into the interview. They write, “If you haven’t already heard, Katy Perry is our March covergirl. We’re pretty excited (!), especially as she’s interviewed by one of our favorite comedians, Kristen Wiig. Above is a sneak peek of Katy’s cover, shot by Mikael Jansson and styled by Karl Templer. More to come later in the week…”
The issue will hit newsstands on March 1st!
