Yep, that is how Kelly took off her pounds.
From what we hear though is that Kelly’s inspiration for losing the weight over the course of the last six months is her new man Brandon Blackstock and she “feels better about herself than she ever has.”
A source told Us Weekly that, “Brandon is the first guy ever who tells her how beautiful and sexy she is. She wants to look good for him.”
In other words, she wants to look damn good for her man. And good for her!
Apparently she says she has about 10 more pounds to take off and then she’ll be satisfied. So see there peeps? All it takes is getting off your duff and quit shoving your mouth full of donuts and pizza pockets too damn much.
