Those K-Fat and OverFed jokes obviously did some damn good. You can thank me, Mr. Kevin Federline. Apparently K-Fed took those jokes of deep fat fried and jelly belly roly poly comments to heart because I’m darn tootin’ if he didn’t get his big bootay into the gym to slim down his bod. HOLLA!
Kevin Federline took to heart those jokes of fatness and got himself in the gym to make himself slim (along with the help of Celebrity Fit Club). Federline told Entertainment Tonight, “I looked pregnant. It was upsetting. It’s [usually] easy for me to brush stuff off of my shoulder. [But] when I see a pictures [of me] like that, and people are calling me ‘K- Fat,’ I had to do something about it.” Mmmhmm! I’ll give him one thing…at least he was not in denial!
So what caused him to pack on the pounds besides all that child support ching? K-Fed adds, “I loved to eat pizza and pasta, so between not working out, and turning 30 years old, [the weight] started coming on real fast. I had my own mother telling me she’s worried about my health. I couldn’t run around with my children as much and was being lazy and over-eating. I’ve always been a fit guy, so those were wake-up calls for me.”
At his heaviest, K-Fed said he weighed 240 pounds. WOWSERS! Good for you, KFed for getting your shiznit together. Laying off the ding dongs plus pumping some iron will get you a long ways. Now keep that chub off, dahling!
