Kim Kardashian has released a statement in regards to her decision to file for divorce from Kris Humphries. And yes it was HER decision.
It’s obvious that this wedding was all about money, publicity and more money. It’s too bad, too sad that Kris didn’t see this. It’s even sadder that Humphries didn’t take advantage of the KK train and let Mama Jenner make him some mad cash before this happened.
Here’s Kim’s wah-wah statement: “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”
Speak for yourself, Kim! I want to hear from Kris has to say about all this.
We haven’t heard from Humphries yet as he is said to be in his home town in Minnesota, probably kicking himself in the nuts for being naive to believe that Kim was really going to be married to him forever. Dude, it’s official. You WERE a casting call.
The E! network has also responded to their reality star daughter’s decision to end her marriage. E! said, “All of us at E! are surprised and saddened by this news, and we send our support to Kim and Kris at this difficult time. The Kardashians have always been uniquely open with all aspects of their lives from joyous events to intimate moments to heartbreaking transitions. E! will continue to share the fascinating real lives and larger-than-life existence of this close-knit family.” Surprised? Um, riiight.
