Lady Gaga’s VMA’s performance of “You and I” was effing strange.
I get it. Lady Gaga is out to shock the effing crap out of us each and every time she gets out in public, but when she took the Video Music Awards stage I about gagged. If I was to choose between her slimy egg shenanigans last year versus this year’s dressing-like-a-creepy-looking male, I’d have to say there is no way she could top that egg nonsense. That was some real off the wall shiznit and now her shock value will continue to diminish.
Gaga opened up the show with You & I while smoking a cigarette, drinking supposed booze and acting as if she was all cracked out.
I don’t know. I could be wrong, but all I know is this chick is one odd duck and her antics have now turned into a continuous eye rolling fest for me. At any rate, without further ado, I present to you Gaga as her male alter ego Jo Calderone.
