Former assistant Jennifer O’Neill suing Lady Gaga for $380,000

Lady Gaga’s former assistant Jennifer O’Neill is suing Gaga for $380,000 in unpaid overtime. Yeah, OVER TIME! Apparently Gaga really is a monster to work for! The NY Post is saying that O’Neill filed a lawsuit against Gaga’s Mermaid Touring company and is basically saying that she was a slave for the pop star. You’ve gotta check out some deets from this claim. While I can imagine being an assistant to a big star like Gaga is busy work, weren’t the expectations drawn out before O’Neill signed the dotted line?

So O’Neill is saying that for her 13 months of assisting Gaga, she felt she was more than just a personal assistant…she was a personal assistant for a diva.

Her job was to pretty much cater to Gaga’s every request and it didn’t really matter what time of day it was. Gaga was supposedly excessively demanding and Jennifer was responsible for taking care of any services Gaga wanted at her “Upper West Side duplex, stadiums, private jets, fine hotel suites, yachts, ferries, trains and tour buses.” From scheduling to finances to food, Jennifer was responsible. If Gaga needed a towel after she showered, Jennifer was responsible. If Gaga needed to get up for a 4:00 AM wake up cal…yep, you guessed it…Jennifer was responsible. In other words, O’Neill was Gaga’s bitch.

Most interesting was that O’Neil also needed to make sure the meat dress, human condom and other crazy ensembles were put together and prepared for Gaga for scheduled events.

Now while many of you “little monsters” may be rolling your eyes, claiming that this girl is just wanting a part of Gaga’s fortune, it appears as if Gaga’s diva behavior isn’t something that is new to employees of the singer.

You all remember Angela Ciemny, Gaga’s former assistant from back in 2009? In the book Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga, Ciemny said that she had to sleep with Gaga because she star refused to be alone! She cited that she and Gaga would do their makeup together AND shower together. Yeah, weird.

So what do you think? Will O’Neill get paid for what she is saying is 7,168 hours of UNPAID overtime?
