Leave Lily Allen’s boutique alone…unless you plan on dishing out some dough to purchase items from it.
Lily Allen is effing pissed at the Daily Mail. Rumors have been swirling that her boutique Lucy in Disguise has been forced to shut down due to poor sales, but Allen is saying that shit isn’t true. It hasn’t even been a year since she opened the boutique with her half-sister Sarah Owen.
The Mail on Sunday said that Allen is being forced to close her boutique as a “last-ditch attempt to save things”. But pregnant Allen is speaking out!
Via her Twitter, Allen tweets, “Lucy in Disguise has NOT closed, it has moved to a temporary pop up on Lowndes st, before we move to our permanent premises… which will be on Lexington Street W1 from August.”
She adds, “If any other publication wants to write deliberately misleading articles about Lucy in Disguise, feel free, I WILL sue you.”
I can see why peeps would think the store is closing, but perhaps they should have asked the pop star first before assuming?
