I wonder what Lilo will wear to court tomorrow because that is where she will be at 10:00AM! Will she go short and sweet? Or maybe she’ll go leggings and a shirt dress? We’ll surely have our eyes on Lilo’s court runway walk.
It was earlier this month that Freckles was tested positive for alcohol. Yep, even though Freckles is supposed to be learning a very painful lesson by serving house arrest, she STILL doesn’t get it.
Tomorrow Freckles will take her happy ass to the LA County Superior Court to once again try to get out of trouble.
TMZ is reporting that Freckles was tested twice, passing one test and failing the other. That one test that she failed was administered after that rooftop BBQ party she held at her home.
And you better believe the LA County Probation Department is fed up with Lilo’s “I-do-what-I-want-when-I-want” attitude. Judge Stephanie Sautner is going to be asked to take Lilo out of her house arrest and throw her in jail!
You better believe the Probation Department is fuming mad and for good reason. It was back in May that they tried getting Lilo to take two tests, but Shawn Holley (Lilo’s lawyer) said that those tests aren’t a part of her probation. But Holley was wrong!
Anyone smell that? I’m smelling a scent of possible sweet justice. Throw her in jail for six months, no early release!
