Oh my good freakin’ grief. Freckles just can’t escape trouble! Sure she may be out of jail and rehab, but she is having a tough time staying away from the potential of jail time.
TMZ is reporting that the LA County District Attorney is going to file a case against the actress on Monday. And all this relates to the case of the stolen necklace. A jewelry store in Venice is claiming that Lilo stole a $2500 necklace from their store and they have video surveillance to prove it.
But Lilo is going to fight this charge which could potential throw her in the state prison for a maximum of three years.
So just what IS Lilo’s story?
She took the jewelry on loan. Oh, is that the fancy way of saying, oops, I stole the shit?
