Lindsay Lohan got handcuffed today! Boom shocka locka!
Today was the big day for Freckles but apparently we can now say that November 2nd will be the real BIG day. Today Judge Stephanie Sautner not only revoked Lilo’s probation, she had her hand cuffed (you know damn well her bail bondsman was already present to dish out the dough) and will make her go back to court for a hearing. This is where we will all see as to whether she will get her booty sent to the slammer.
We heard that she was thrown of the Downtown Women’s Center where she was supposed to complete her community hours, but as we all know THAT didn’t happen because she got her ass canned for NINE no shows.
Let me just say that when the Judge addressed our beloved Lilo, the Judge was effing annoyed.

Even though Probation gave Freckles a good report, the Judge said “hell no”. The Probation Dept has absolutely NO authority to send Lilo to a different place for her community service and with that, she will NOT get credit for the time she was there.
So here’s the deal: Lilo MUST complete SIXTEEN hours at the morgue before her hearing on November 2nd.
Unfortunately for all of us, Freckles will probably not get thrown in jail due to overcrowding and all that other shenanigans.
