While you may think Lindsay Lohan is the chain blinger dolla bill slanger, think again. LiLo must be needing a bit of cash to be selling her $1.2 million dollar Manhattan apartment. When desperation ensues, knock down the price by $200,000!
According to MSNBC, Lohan spent $100,000 redoing the 40th floor apartment in the Atelier on far West 42nd Street.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two baths, floor-to-ceiling windows with an view of the Statue of Liberty, stone counter tops (unmarred except for possible razor scratches) and an open (and probably unused) chef’s kitchen.
The building offers a gym with fitness machines and yoga classes, a sun deck, an indoor pool, an outdoor basketball court (in case President Barack Obama stops by), a roof deck, a cozy lounge and a 24-hour doorman.
Sounds pretty freakin’ sweet. However…
