Lindsay Lohan plea deal denied!

Blah, blah, blah.

For all of you who were hoping that we wouldn’t have to see or hear about Lilo for awhile, your wish has not been granted…yet.

At her court appearance today at Los Angeles Superior Court, Freckles was offered a plea deal that would involve jail time. Of course as expected, she denied the deal.

She claims she didn’t steal the $2500 necklace, so therefore she wasn’t going to plead guilty. Before Linds stepped into the courtroom all I cared about was what she was wearing because I knew damn well, this was just going to be another day, another dollar for the tax payers of sunny California. (By the way, she wore a Chanel ensemble that included ivory-colored high waisted pants and a hot mess ponytail.)

Judge Schwartz made it clear that he doesn’t give a rat’s ass who she is and she will be punished if found guilty. He told her, “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan. One of the things about me is that I treat everybody the same. What I look to in sentencing is, ‘What is the prior record?’ In this particular case, there has been so much speculation in the press [that] I’m just going to tell you a couple of things: If you plead in front of me, you are going to jail. There might be an issue about the amount of time, but if the case settles here, you will be going to jail.”

So is there a chance that she could still go to jail? Yeah. But will she actually go to jail? Probably not. If she does? I’ll shit myself.
