In his new memoir The Drunk Diet: How I Lost 40 Pounds…Wasted, Luc Carl talks about his bad romance with Lady Gaga. Come on, you know he wanted to profit off this shiznit and you know damn well that he was going to share some details.
In the book he admits that he knew that it was a good thing that Gaga dumped him before her career took off and he said that he admits that it was a struggle for him to go through Gaga’s career transformation alongside her.
He writes, “The break-up with my girlfriend was my rock bottom. It took me about a week to realize she was right. I was f**king miserable, and it wasn’t her fault. It was my fault for being a drunk a**hole. I would have left me, too. I was happy for her, of course, but I didn’t really need my ex shoved down my throat.”
The couple is said to have started dating back in 2005 and split three years later.
I don’t blame him. She tapped into her heartbreak to pen songs about him and earned millions. I say, let the guy make a few grand. Would anything he wrote about Gaga really surprise us that much?
