Ummm, ewwww. Some of you may remember Mackenzie Phillips back in the day when she was a child star and for those of you who don’t remember her, she is the daughter of John Phillips, leader of the 60′s group the Mamas and the Papas. And apparently some really sick shiznit happened between her and her papa.
In a brand new tell-book book Mackenzie is telling peeps that her and her dad hit the skins. And while it started out as against her will, she started engaging in a relationship with her pops that turned out to be consensual. Excuse me while I spew chunks.
People.com is reporting that on the night before her wedding Mackenzie found herself emerging from a blackout having sexy time with her dad. Um….gross…sick…puke-age…
Listen to this…she says, “On the eve of my wedding, my father showed up, determined to stop it. I had tons of pills, and Dad had tons of everything, too. Eventually I passed out on Dad’s bed. My father was not a man with boundaries. He was full of love, and he was sick with drugs. I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father. Had this happened before? I didn’t know. All I can say is it was the first time I was aware of it. For a moment I was in my body, in that horrible truth, and then I slid back into a blackout.”
Now even though John Phillips is no longer around to defend himself (he died in 2001), explain or simply admit these allegations, Mackenzie has come out to share with the world this sick and twisted affair which was a result of drug addiction. As the drug addiction continued, so do the incestual affair.
In her new book she writes, “I was a fragment of a person, and my secret isolated me. One night, Dad said, ‘We could just run away to a country where no one would look down on us. There are countries where this is an accepted practice. Maybe Fiji.’ He was completely delusional. ‘No,’ I thought, ‘we’re going to hell for this.’”
On Wednesday September 23rd, 2009, Phillips spoke to Oprah about her drug abuse and admitted that her papa got her involved with drugs.
She tells O, “My father shot me up for the first time. I remember going into my room, I was crouched on the floor. … He put the needle in my arm and put the plunger in and he missed. He missed the vein and my whole arm went numb.”
Wow, this is a whole lot of messed up. Drugs and incest relations with her dad? Good grief. I just can’t believe she’s telling the whole world this biznass.
