Sure, Madge may be quite proud to show off her body that she spends hours sculpting on a daily basis. But, good grief, when your arms start looking like chicken legs and your veins look like onion strings, it’s time to take a break from the iron. Madonnas arms are no force to be reckoned with.
Taj Bailey, a Personal Training Manager at NYC’s Crunch Fitness says, “She is definitely training like an athlete. This is not your average workout. The veins mean she has more muscle density. She is solid muscle and is training, well, like me. This is years and years of hardcore training. A lot of weight activity, lots of reps, lots of cardio. It’s quick, intense daily workouts, probably 45 minutes or so. It takes extreme dieting too.”
Well, whatever Madge is doing, sure as heck isn’t making her look appealing by any means. What do you think of Madonnas arms?
