I refuse to believe it.
It’s been reported pretty much everywhere that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are engaged to be married. And, I’ve been waiting and waiting to write about this because simply I can’t even know what to say about it. The two supposedly met on the set of Mariah’s new video shoot, “Bye Bye” which was filmed the end of March. It’s what April 30th right now? I know that engagements can happen that fast, but Mariah doesn’t move fast. That is just how she rolls.
I know, I know…I am a veteran “lamb” and I would like to think that I do know a little bit more about MC than the regular public knows. I will say that Mariah likes to keep her private life, private.
So, this is completely out of left field for divalicious Mariah.
The only thing I can think of is that Nick’s camp leaked this…or that all of a sudden Ashton Kutcher is going to pop out of nowhere, appear on MTV and say, “You’ve all just been punk’ed.”
