Behind Scenes, Maroon 5 ‘Misery’

Go behind the scenes with Maroon 5 on the set of  their “Misery”  video in downtown Los Angeles.  Front man Adam Levine and bassist Mickey  Madden talk to  CNN about shooting the action packed video and how recording with Mutt Lange influenced the sound of their third studio album. “Misery” is available on iTunes now and will appear on Hands All Over which is due out on September 21st.  Visit Maroon5.com for tour dates and ticket info as the band steps out on the road this summer, leading up to its release.  A second leg of the tour in October  was just announced with special guests OneRepublic.

Okay, I’m a huge Maroon 5 fan. I’m one of “those people” that claims to have been a fan “before” they were famous. In actuality, they were obviously slightly famous when I first heard them on the radio in New Orleans (I was on my way to work at the time). But it was over a year before the video for their first single “Harder to Breathe” was released. I can still listen to their first album on repeat. The first time I saw them live, it was at the House of Blues in New Orleans and Gavin DeGraw and Marc Broussard opened for them. My BFF and I totally waited after the show to get autographs and I was a complete spazz but it was worth it because I had my picture made with Adam Levine and got to meet them all….*breathe*…..AWESOME!

That is all. Felt the need to confess my love. And because I know you’re dying to know, my favorite song on the first album is “Secret”… HOT!
