I have no shame in my fingers when I write that I am completely in love with this new sensation on the charts now. This ‘Gangnam Style’ song is the sh*t and I dare you all to try and escape it! This week, the song by Korean rapper PSY is #2 on the Billboard charts and it is all but a foregone conclusion that it will take down Maroon 5 from the top slot, where they presently stand with the song ‘One More Night’. Now, I speak English and understand everything culturally, but for the life of me, I have no idea what is going on in that damn video! Can someone help me out?!
Any-Adam-Levine-is-hot-so-who-bothers-to-pay-attention-to-plot-points?-way, PSY’s international hit is steamrolling its way through America and is about to be the newest dance craze since The Macarena. So while I am already forecasting the winners for next week, let me take a moment to tell you of someone who will not be on that podium.

Her new single and video, where she pulls out all the titty balls stops, is not completely dead in the water, but… it is meandering and probably will not be cracking the top 10 next week, if ever. Maybe Christina should have re-thought leaving The Voice to go on a tour promote an album that may not even sell?
Someone might have to pry Shakira out of that chair six months from now.
