Jeepers, Martha! It seems my favorite good-at-everything domestic goddess can’t catch a break but is she whipping up this trouble for herself or is it her little worker bees that are making her look bad?
Well new claims out there are saying that Martha is trying to pull one over on a wine company and they are suing!
TMZ is reporting Vampire Vineyards are suing Stewart for using “counterfeit labels to discourage consumers from purchasing its products and hopefully drive sales of the Gallo wine that bears her name.”
According to legal documents filed by Vampire, Stewart is allegedly selling labels “to disparage and tarnish [Vampire's] wine brands by portraying a mock label of Vampire Vineyards affixed to cheap, nondescript wine and spirits products”.
They in turn want Martha to stop her madness! It’s also probably safe to assume that they want M-Stew to pony up some big fat cash as well.
