Oh my. As if the drama of a sex tape isn’t enough to keep you on edge, there is even more to the story. And troubled country singin’ has-been Mindy Mccready just may be involved. Her role in the Mcsteamy video? I’m hearing Mccready just may have gotten Mcgreedy and stole the sex tape from Kari Ann Peniche, a co-star of the Mcsteamy video. Mmmhmmm.
Here’s how it all went down, according to Kari. Mindy and Kari Ann were roommates on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew and apparently Kari Ann got into an argument with Mindy over ching. Mindy’s way of retaliating? Stealing the hard drive from Kari Ann’s computer! Yikes! And, of course, THAT hard drive allegedly contained the Mcsteamy saucy video of the threesome of Kari Ann, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.
However, Mccready has a different story. She tells the NY Daily News, “Kari Ann was the one that stole my hard drive and copied it to two mini-drives. She also stole money from me. I think she probably wanted to sell my music. I was the one trying to keep Kari Ann out of trouble — steering her away from drugs during the taping of the show. I was the one trying to help Rebecca and Eric get their material back. There was a bunch of high profile people on those mini-drives.”
Well there is always one side, the other side AND the truth.
