This past Labor Day weekend, black Hollywood came together for three days of networking, entertainment, and marketing of future projects for the 2012 Black Enterprise/Pepsi Golf & Tennis Challenge. And just as in years before, fashion abounds at events such as these and we were able to get an exclusive with stand-up comedian and motivational speaker Michael Colyar, who was there in his trademark attire.
Wearing a blue Roberto Cavalli Suit with diamond embellished neck tie, Colyar’s style is a throwback to old Hollywood style, with emphasis on tailored pieces and hats to match. He prefers to support black designers like Beverly Hills based designer Reggie J , who is one of his favorites. Accessories are never to be ignored and Colyar proves this point, personalizing his look even further with his diamonded studded Obama watch.
Michael Colyar’s upcoming projects include hosting four events in Charlotte, North Carolina for the Democratic National Convention, where there will be a reception in his honor.
