I can’t make this up, folks.
What an effing idiot. Michael Lohan has some real problems and one is that toxic woman of his. Less than TWELVE hours of being released on bail after being arrested for domestic violence against his on-off woman Kate Major, he is back in custody.
And it was after he jumped off a third floor balcony and into a tree that the guy got cuffed.
Details below.
So after this guy got out of jail, what is the first thing he does? He CALLS Kate Major and supposedly incessantly. Yeah the judge ordered him to stay away from her, but apparently the phone was the next best thing.
The new report is saying when the police arrived at her home that Major put Lohan on speaker phone so that they could hear his craziness.
The police then went to Lohan’s hotel where he tried to avoid getting arrested by jumping off a third story balcony and into a tree.
So yes, he did get arrested…from a tree.
It was after he was captured that he was taken to a hospital to check out what Lohan was complaining was a possible broken foot.
And of course, in typical Michael Lohan style, he blamed the ordeal on Major because he simply was responding to Major calling him first because she supposedly “needed help”. He added, “She keeps doing this … She needs help, she calls me and I’m the sucker. I called back, and I’m an idiot.”
At any rate the guy has been ordered to stay away from Major. Judge Walter Heinrich told Lohan, “If you even dream about [Major] and you violate my order, you will go to jail.”
Damn!
