Yeah so, what I feared is actually true. There is a Michael Lohan and Kate Major sex tape. In fact, there are two tapes. Ew.
Here’s what Kate has to say about those tapes:
Dr. Drew: “You had told me there is a sex tape that he is threatening to release?”
Kate: “He had sent it to my house in a fedex envelope. Two dvd’s of sex tapes that he had been taking without my knowledge, that if I pressed charges on him…he would release them. I also have an email that he was trying to sell them.”
GROSS!

ON MICHAEL LOHAN TRYING TO KILL HER…AGAIN:
Kate: “I moved out of the apartment in West Hollywood where we lived..and as I was moving, that’s when he tried to kill me again and gag me with a towel…I was packing my stuff. I can tell he was being kind of manic…he threw me to the bed post. There were bruises. He got arrested for this…this past March.”
Dr. Drew: “What is your status now with him?”
Kate: “He is in jail and I hope he stays in jail.”
ON MICHAEL THROWING HER DOWN THE STAIRS:
Kate: “There were other times in front of his mother that he threw me down a flight of stairs and I landed on the granite. I went to call the police and his mother even grabbed my phone. So there were witnesses to this…I didn’t report that either…I’m mad at myself. I didn’t tell anyone.”
Dr. Drew: “This is a great example of why, when there is any domestic violence, any touching, you report it right away…”
ON WHEN KATE STARTED SEEING SIGNS OF VIOLENCE:
Dr. Drew: “When did it start going bad?”
Kate: “I would say two months into the relationship I started seeing signs of violence.”
Dr. Drew: “Did you try to leave?”
Kate: “…for some reason he got upset with me. I remember him grabbing my coat…he threw all my stuff into the middle of the hotel…and I got scared…that was the first sign…I got nervous…but then he apologized…”
ON MICHAEL TRYING TO SHOVE EYELINER DOWN HER THROAT:
Dr. Drew: “When was the first time you thought ‘oh my God he is going to really hurt me’?”
Kate: “Even when we were friends at one point we had gotten into an argument…he got angry at me and actually spit in my face….”
Dr. Drew: “I understand he also tried to shove an eyeliner down your throat?”
Kate: “That was another time. I can remember 21 times…”
