Miley debuted a new haircut via Twitter and it’s bound to garner a bevy of mixed reviews.
“Never felt more me in my whole life,” Miley tweeted along with a photo of her new super short hairdo. ”Someone just told me I’m prettier than Miley Cyrus,” Miley also tweeted.
