Miley Cyrus has added to her collection of tattoos. The 19 year old star displayed what has to be her most visible tattoo yet, a quote on her left forearm, Tuesday while leaving a Pilates class in West Hollywood. The tattoo features a quote from an unlikely source: former President of the United States Theodore Roosevelt.
It reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
