Perhaps Miley is a good role model? Kind of?
The young star has become a recipient of the Global Action Youth Leadership Award. Haven’t heard of it? You would not have. It is the first ever award to be dished out.
It was on Friday that Hilary Duff awarded the honor to Miley during a ceremony held in California.
At the event, Cyrus said, “I got to tell you that I never thought I would get an award from Hilary Duff. This is like a dream come true to me. She inspired me. I want [kids] to do something they love. Not something that seems like a chore because someone tells them that’s the right thing to do or what their parents want or what’s important to people around them, but what’s in their heart.”
Good for Miley for working so hardcore on the charity circuit. Let’s just keep the scandalous pics off the net!
