In the Miley Cyrus Party In The USA video, it is obvious this little girl is growing up right before our eyes which really reminds us of the days of the beginning of the Cheetostar ala “Baby, One More Time”. See exhibit A, the hot pants.
Now despite the lack of clothing, Cyrus still looks somewhat classy. And, we must commend Miles for not including the stripper pole in her video as she did at her Teen Choice Awards performance. Bravo, bravo! While she has a similar lifestyle to what our beloved Cheetostar did back then, let’s just hope the trailer trash style doesn’t become her!
About the Teen Choice Awards performances, Cyrus told MTV, “‘Party in the U.S.A.’ is an all-American song, and so I come out tonight and I’m literally in a trailer park. It’s a blinged-out trailer park. I’m like, ‘This is to represent where I am from.’ I’m so proud of it. All the girls trying to be Hollywood and stuff with their big glasses, me shooing them away. I love it. It’s about my roots.”
Well thank gawd she classed it up!
