Mischa Barton may be out of a jobby job, but she is attempting to remain positive (and possibly a little too arrogant) that employment is in her future. But, with a snooty attitude and a sense of entitlement, Barton basically tells People.com that she is “above” television.
Ummm excuse me, but didn’t TV MAKE her famous? When I think of Mischa Mushy I think of the OC. None of her movies pop out at me and her acting ability is only sub par. But apparently she thinks she is some Oscar award winning actress.
Mushy says, “I think I need to back away from the whole TV approach. That whole world of network television, probably isn’t, for me, a good idea now. I need to start reading for more serious roles.”
So what does this beotch expect?
Mischa adds, “It’s too early to tell yet. I’m passing on all the [early] offers, because that’s not the stuff you want to do. I want to go fight for interesting things and look for something that’s going to be interesting for me … as a role.”
So just what is she doing now with her unemployed booty?
She says, “Reading scripts and enjoying living in New York. Now that I’m not doing the TV show, I’ve got lots of time to work out.”
