Exclusive: Mishon Interview

He can act. He can sing. He can dance. He’s a triple threat with that spark that lets you know he means business. He may be young, but you’d never guess it by looking at his resume which reads like that of a seasoned pro. Then again, on many levels Mishon is a seasoned pro. He’s not just multi-talented, Mishon is a natural- talented beyond his years.

I recently had a chance to chat with Mishon about his upcoming album and influences, but that’s not all. We also addressed a few of those not so pressing questions that many of his followers of the female persuasion might be interested in. Listen to the interview after the jump!

Mishon’s already made his presence known as an actor, with his role as Tay Sutton on the ABC Family drama, “Lincoln Heights.” As the show wrapped up its fourth and final season this year, Mishon was busy working on his next career move- letting more of that natural talent show through.

This new chapter has been in the making for a long time, fulfilling Mishon’s dreams of becoming a singer. And if you think he’s just another talented actor turned singer- think again.

Sure, we’ve only gotten a little taste of Mishon’s upcoming album, The Yearbook, with the release of its lead single, “Turn It Up,” but one look at the music video and you’ll see that spark that sets Mishon apart from the rest- assuming, of course, you can take your eyes off of his dance moves.

Listen to my exclusive interview below and let me know what you think!
