Penelope Cruz and her sister Monica launched their Summer 2008 clothing line at Mango boutique on March 13, 2008 in Madrid, Spain. And let me tell you, this line is FIERCE! A little bit of class, a little bit of sass, and HOT-ness all rolled into one.
Penelope looked fabulous. However, Monica could have at least done something with her rat’s nest. Yikes!
