She may be a recovering phone thrower, but since that much talked about incident Naomi Campbell has been being a good girl or has at least been trying to. And there’s no doubt that deep down below the angry layers is a big heart. In fact later this month, Naomi will be honored for her charity work, particularly with her organization of several Fashion For Relief fundraisers.
Not only has Campbell been active in the Haiti earthquake relief efforts, she has been working hard to raise money for those affected by the tsunami in Japan.
And now because of her efforts, Page Six is reporting that she will be rewarded at the Angel Ball in Manhattan. Get it, girl! Despite this, she’s going to need a whole lot more positive press to make up for the whole cell phone incident.
