It has been a rough go for Nate Dogg, Snoop Dogg’s cousin. In less than a year, Nate has suffered through two strokes…with his second stroke occurring just two weeks ago.
According to a source, Nate has been hospitalized and is currently in stable condition. Nate is using an assisted-breathing tube — not because it is required, but because it makes breathing easier for him. The stroke he experienced earlier in the year left him paralyzed on the left side of his body.
“He has suffered another stroke from his bad eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle,” says Donald Smith, Dogg’s cousin and a fellow emcee who goes by the moniker Lil’ Half Dead. “All we can do now is pray for him.”
Dogg has since been taken off life support but as of today still requires a feeding tube, according to Smith.
So So Sad. Our prayers go out to the Dogg family.
