Sad news today coming from the Carter family. Leslie Carter, the sister of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter and Aaron Carter has passed away. She was just 25 years old.
A spokesperson for the family released the following statement: “Our family is grieving right now and it’s a private matter. We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved sister, daughter, and granddaughter, Leslie Carter. We request the utmost privacy during this difficult time.”
While not many details surrounding Leslie’s death have been released, various reports are saying that she died on Tuesday in upstate New York.
Leslie was married to her husband Mike and they have a daughter Alyssa Jane Ashton, who was born on April 1, 2011.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Carter family right now. So sad! Leslie was such a beautiful soul.
