Finally Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo after a few years of dating will walk down the aisle of destiny. And apparently Lachey is not going to wait around to fisher cut bait. These two are set to get married as soon as they can so they can get pregnant because Nick pretty much believes his sperm is getting geriatric.
Lachey told People magazine, “We definitely want to do it together and do it sooner rather than later. I’ll be 38 this year, so it’s one of those things that I’m certainly behind the eight-ball on. Not that getting married was the means to an end to have kids, but it certainly was the next step in the process that leads us to ultimately having a great family together.”
So with that, Lachey is getting ready to celebrate his wedding with millions of viewers with a TLC special called Nick and Vanessa’s Dream Wedding. And a dream wedding it will be with TLC probably footing much of the bill.
Lachey also warns that it will be different than his reality show with Jessica Simpson. He explains, “This is very different than doing a reality series, it’s a one-off special.”
I just hope this won’t turn into a Kate Plus 8 sort of ordeal.
