Nicole was spotted in London with a sling draped over her neck and what appeared to be a large lump in the sling. A rump roast, perhaps? A bag of crispy fried chicken? A big wad a cash she stole from a bank?
Or maybe, just maybe…it is her (*gasp) PLACENTA???! Maybe Nicole was finally ready to give up her placenta to Tom Cruise for his special stew (he prepares and eats only on Sundays) and she was on her way to the post office to mail it?
