After testifying in court against her stalker, Tyra Banks can breathe a big fat sigh of relief. Brady Green, the whack job who thought it would be cool to obsessively stalk the supermodel, was convicted! Guilty, guilty, nut-so and guilty.
The only crappy deal about the conviction is that Mr. Green will not have to sit behind bars.
Criminal Court Judge James Burke said that Green’s behavior was “hounding.” Ummm…more like “freakish”.
So what is Green’s punishment then? Well…Judge Burke extended a restraining order to keep the nut job away from Miss Tyra AND he needs to pack his bags and move far, far away from Tyra.
Burke said, “Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York.”
Ship him out so he can go stalk someone else! Errrrrrr….
