Orianthi ft. Lacey, behind-the-scenes
Orianthi recently released the music video for her latest single, “Courage“, where she teams up with fellow songstress, Flyleaf‘s Lacey Mosley. Now, Orianthi is taking you behind-the-scenes on the video shoot, confessing a few secrets, as well as the inspiration behind the video and what it was like working with Lacey.

On the video’s inspiration, Orianthi explains, “The idea for the music video was to really bring the lyrics to life by interspersing my and Lacey’s performance with images that we thing project courage.”
As for that secret, well, as it turns out, Orianthi admits to fans that she is not a very good driver… “We had lots of different scenes; the first one was set in an RV, driving around… thank God [Lacey] was driving, otherwise we’d probably end up in the closest tree!.”
Luckily, her success has little to do with her driving abilities and a lot to do with her guitar. Acknowledging this, Lacey says, “I love her playing guitar- I’ve never seen a girl play like her, she’s really strong and powerful.”
