Papa Jamie just may be taking this conservatorship a tad too far. Not only does he monitor who, when, where, how and why Britney talks to someone, but he also is sweeping up Cheetostar’s crumbs…as in, making Brit Brit’s beloved fans a bit ticked off. Not zesty.
Jordan Miller, owner one of the leading NOT-FOR-PROFIT fan sites dedicated to the Britster, is undergoing a take down by Papa Jamie. Breathe Heavy.com has been in operation for over five years, a community built up by Jordan Miller, a resource for all things Britney…and now Papa Jamie wants it shut down for lyfe. And of course, Papa Jamie has the power to do what he wants on Brit Brit’s behalf and taking down Mr. Miller’s website is his most recent goal.
Jordan wrote on his site, “I have been battling the conservatorship Britney is currently placed under for months now. When I did not conform to the requests and demands Britney’s management and father, Jamie Spears, recently put upon BreatheHeavy to stay quiet, they in turn became angry and malicious, launching, what I feel is an unjust attack, against me and my website.”
Lead Cheetostar admin received a big fat legal notice from Papa Jamie’s lawyers ordering Miller to dismantle the site by 3 p.m. PST Friday, or face an injunction, claiming they will pursue legal action by Jamie, who is allowed to do so as her conservator. Ummm, yikes. Take down the site or get a perma-wedgie!
So, the question is…is Papa Jamie picking out Britney’s bras and panties on the daily too? Making sure she wipes her butt after going potty? Sheesh. Or, is Papa Jamie only doing what’s right for Britney’s privacy?
