Move over Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson, you two may be the cat’s meow, but you sure aren’t the star of this show! In fact, there are 22 more important creatures than you. I’m talking about Marley…all 22 of them who played the role of studly Marley in the new flick “Marley And Me”.
Even though just one lucky Marley attended the “Marley and Me” premiere last night in LA looking fly and lightly fluffed, the other Marleys are on a promotional tour with a purpose.
Yesterday, Marley Number 8 (just a guess) spent some time at Miami Dade Humane Society to promote “Marley And Me”, which opens on Christmas Day.
Students from the Sunny Isles Beach K-8 School and Miami Country Day School students were on hand to welcome Marley. The general public was also invited to meet Marley and have their pictures taken with him free of charge by Humane Society of Greater Miami personnel.
Outside of JUST showing up for an appearance, Marley was a part of spreading the important message that if you are interested in owning a pet, be sure you are ready to scoop up the poop! Can I get a “WOOF, WOOF??!!”
