Peter Andre may seem like the good guy in the split between him and his now ex-wife Katie Price. And to tell you the truth, he probably is! Now while Katie continues to be all publicly up in smooches with her fug-licious boyfriend, Andre shows he’s still just a guy with a big heart. Awwww.
And now that Peter Andre is single and ready to mingle, dating is the farthest thing from his mind. In fact homey is looking to spread a bit of cheer. Instead of heading over to entertain the British troops in Afghanistan, Andre is rumored to be performing for a group of military wives! Woot, woot!
Apparently he was the one who was approached to headline the Christmas Ball and sure he may be a bit busy promoting his new album, but you bet your booty he is going to do his hardest to make this ball a priority.
His agent Claire Powell says, “Pete was absolutely tickled that the wives specifically asked the corporals for him. It was decided something special should be put on for the wives because they have a difficult job just like the guys out on the battlefield in Afghanistan. Every night when they put their children to bed they have to tell their kids Daddy is OK, although they never truly know if their other half is safe. They’re experts at putting on a brave face. Pete is touched at their request and can’t wait to sing at the ball.”
