Peter Andre almost killed himself. Living the life of anxiety and panic attacks nearly did him in. In a recent interview, Andre reveals that last year he experienced his last attack three months after the breakdown of his marriage Katie Price. Just how bad were these panic attacks? Pretty damn bad.
Andre told OK! magazine, “Did I think about ending my life? You can have thoughts like that and I’m not going to lie, there were times when it was so bad that I thought, ‘Am I better off?’ But you have to look at what’s around you. My family were my entire life and… that’s what stopped me.” YIKES!
About his attacks, Andre described his far too familiar experience, “I woke up at 3am and I felt a hammering in my head. I started panicking and hyperventilating, my hands were sweating and I thought my heart was going to pop out of my body. You think you’re having a heart attack. No matter how many times you’ve had it, every time you think, this is it, I’m going to die.”
But now that he is out of his marriage and has moved on with his life, he has said that he will never allow himself to get so damn stressed out to the point of wanting to leave this world. Pete said, “Because of my kids these days I can’t be anywhere I can’t control…they need me and I will always be there for them.”
I think getting rid of Miss Superficial in the long run did him wonders!
