Alicia Keys falls on stage
When you are knocked up and more than a few months along, you sometimes pee your high-waist mama panties when you laugh and cry after you take a hot relaxing bath and realize you cannot get up unless you turn to the side, tuck in your pelvis and pray you don’t pull a muscle in your back after you lift up your kangaroo pouch and your big mama tatas up outta the tub. And some soon-to-be mamas just experience unsteady balance in several situations. When you are a celebrity, it is just that much more likely that you will have some fall down go boom boom action happen in public.
While I almost thought pregnant Alicia Keys was going to biff it at the BET Music Awards, she didn’t and thank gawd for you sure as heck do not want to shake up the babers. But, unfortunately things weren’t so smooth for A. Keys at the Essence Music Festival held over the weekend.
At the Essence Music Festival, Alicia was just working her baby bump and rockin’ her vocals when in the middle of singing she fell on the stage! But in true professional fashion, Keys bounced back up and went on to sit behind the piano and finish her performance. How freakin’ embarrassing and scary at the same time.
