Ramiro Benitez has been denied a restraining order against Paris Hilton. Ummm, Ramiro? Benitez? Okkkkk…So just who is Ramiro? Hell if I know. But what I can tell you is that he is accusing Paris of numerous sexual assaults. Ummm, say what??!!!
Yeah, who knows who the hell Ramiro Benitez is, but perhaps he is just trying to get some attention. On January 27, 2010, Ramiro Benitez filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court asking for a temporary court order to keep Miss Heiress Paris away from him.
According to TMZ.com, “in the documents, he alleges the blond has threatened him both sexually, physically and financially, although the details of his claims were not clear.”
However to that, a judge said hell to the no. Too bad too sad Mr. Ramiro Benitez! Now go crawl back in your hole of douche-baggery. Kthanks.
