Rihanna has unveiled her album cover for her forthcoming album release titled Rated R. Since the big fat drama between RiRi’s controversial relationship with Chris Brown, we’ve been waiting to hear some new jams from the songstress. And now, we get to hear Rihanna’s interpretation of her last year’s experiences (we’re assuming) through her music.

In addition to the Rated R album cover (above), we also get to hear RiRi’s first single from the upcoming album called Russian Roulette. The song was written and produced by fellow Def Jam artist Ne-Yo, who also wrote and produced ‘Unfaithful’.

Some of the lyrics Rihanna sings, “Take a breath, take it deep / Calm yourself, he says to me / If you play, you play for keeps / Take the gun, and count to three Say a prayer to yourself / he says close your eyes, sometimes it helps / and then I get a scary thought / that he’s here, which means he’s never lost”

“And you can see my heart beating / you can see it through my chest / I’m terrified, but I’m not leaving / know that I must pass this test, so just pull the trigger”

About Rihanna’s new album due out November 23rd, Neyo told MTV News, “The best and safest way I can say this is that Rihanna has some stuff to say and she’s going to say it. And she ain’t going to make no apologies for it. … I’ve heard a good majority of the album … world, get ready. That’s all I’m going to say: World, get ready.”
