Rihanna’s mother Monica Braithwaite may not be on Ri’s good side about now considering the joke she made at the Time 100 Gala at Lincoln Center this week.
The New York Post is reporting that
Rihanna was none too pleased that her mother, Monica Braithwaite, joked about the alleged romp with Ashton Kutcher. As Rihanna was honored at the event celebrating Time magazine’s annual list of the 100 most influential people — which this year included Tim Tebow, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Kate Middleton — the star’s mother referenced her daughter making a late night trip to see “Two and a Half Men” star Kutcher last month.
While Rihanna had been spotted arriving at Kutcher’s Los Angeles home at midnight on March 21, she did not leave until 4 a.m. — sparking rumors of a dalliance between the two.While Braithwaite’s exact joke has not been reported, Rihanna herself revealed to fans that the quip had been made. She tweeted last night, “Well….2nt consisted of us singing Bob Marley, drinkin Vintage Scotch, and my mom thinkin a joke abt Kutcher was appropriate! #Thxtime100.”
Considering this is her mother saying this, Ri is probably not too upset. We all know how snippy Ri got with reporters when asked about Kutcher in the past so her mom probably got a good ass chewing, a slight cut in pay and a shortage of blunts.
