Son of legend Bob Marley, Rohan Marley, is engaged to be married…but not to the mother of his five children, Lauryn Hill! It was recently announced that he is engaged to model girlfriend Isabeli Fontana.

Rohan and Isabeli have  reportedly been dating since October 2011, with rumors that Isabeli broke up Rohan and Lauryn’s relationship, which was off and on from 1996-2011.

Though the wedding date isn’t set yet, the couple will tie the knot in Ethiopia, the birthplace of Rastafarian culture, with Isabeli saying in an interview: ”Rohan told me that we must return to their origins so that the marriage will last forever.”

This will be Isabeli’s third marriage, as she was married before to models Álvaro Jacomossi and Henri Castelli, and had one son with each. It makes Rohan’s second; he was previously wed to his college girlfriend.

Am I the only one who sees a problem with this picture, though?! I mean, granted, I’m a sucker for love, and I’m happy to hear when celebs get engaged. But come on, Rohan! You HAD five babies by Lauryn, and you STILL didn’t think enough to try to marry HER?! But you can go after a younger model and decide to make her your wife? That’s downright insanity to me. I mean, I guess not all relationships are meant to last, with Lauryn even releasing a statement last year denying that Rohan was the father of her sixth child. But still…over 15 years and FIVE KIDS, and Lauryn still couldn’t get that ring?! Shame…
