An Australian reporter made a big boo-boo when interviewing Wyclef at a press conference before the Australian MTV music awards. She thought he was Will.I.Am from the Black Eyed Peas! Yikes!
Wyclef responded with, “Did you say I was will.I.am? Listen baby I’m going to tell you something, look at my face right – do you think all black people look alike?” Ding dang dong.
Apparently, this mix-up happens quite a bit, so Wyclef did forgive the reporter. “I’m just having a tease, I’m just taking the piss out of you. Look at me girl, I look much better in person. Now you know the difference right?” Phew.
