So, Huffington Post met up with Steve-O from JackAss recently and confirmed that he will be hosting the new game show, “Killer Karaoke.” According to their article, they reported that Steve-O has maintained several years of sobriety and is enjoying his tour around the United States and Canada this year.
Well, that’s all well and good for Steve-O. So, what is this ‘Killer Karaoke’ he’ll be hosting? The game show will feature contestants who are asked to break out into song in very awkward, uncomfortable situations. Sounds like fun right?
I know I thought so too. And that’s very good for Steve-O! I’ve always thought he was one of the cuter guys on the show Jackass, anyway, so it’s nice to see him on television again.
(insert pregnant pause here)
A little research shows that there has been a little trouble in these supposed calm Steve-O and “Killer Karaoke” waters. Apparantly, a contestant on the show has sued the producers of the show as well as Steve-O for a fall that she experienced on the show. She claims that when she lost her footing while being sprayed with water as she sung which caused her to fracture and damage her “tibia, patella, ligaments, knee, leg, bones and injured her muscles, bone, circulatory system, and body.”
No recent news has been reported about this case, but one can imagine this law suit can pose a danger to the new, up and coming show. On the other hand, what can one expect from a show called “Killer Karaoke”?
Either way, I don’t know about you, I’m really looking forwad to this show.
