Alec Baldwin got kicked off a plane, (an American Airlines flight to be exact) for messing with his phone when he wasn’t supposed to. In case you haven’t heard, check out our initial story here.

The first Saturday Night Live promo of the season is here!! Are you ready?! Alec Baldwin is back for the 16th time as host this Saturday with musical guest Radiohead.
Of his relationship with SNL, Baldwin said, “‘SNL’ and I are like a well-oiled machine. I find the one issue is to save your energy. It’s an intense week of prep. By Saturday night at 11:30 (Eastern) I want to say, ‘Can I just lie down and you can start without me?’ But they throw cold water on me and slap me across the face.”

Well not really, but it looks like Alec Baldwin is considering a mayoral run.
For years, “30 Rock” star Alec Baldwin has been involved in political causes in addition to his film and television career. He has made several large monetary contributions to several Democratic organizations and was even considered to be a replacement for Keith Olbermann on the MSNBC political news show “Countdown.”

“Movie making is weird. Weird to spend hours essentially living other people’s lives. ‘Isn’t that called acting?’ How linear of you. Doesn’t make it any less unusual or difficult at times. Some in my business would rather live on screen than in real life. The older I get, I want the opposite. Playing some parts can get under your skin. I become more like [30 Rock character] Jack every week, oddly enough.”
